Our beach: Costa Rei and the “Scoglio di Peppino”
Very few campsites have such a privileged position on the sea front, overlooking the bay of the famous “Scoglio di Peppino”.
The whole length of the Camping Capo Ferrato Village overlooks a wonderful strip of Costa Rei made up of fine white sand and clear blue sea, which gently slopes meaning that even the youngest children can swim in safety.
There’s no need to worry when, having already settled in under the beach umbrella, you suddenly realise that you’ve left your sunglasses on the pitch, as the campsite is just a few steps from the beach, a walk that can also be done barefoot, so all the services are easy to reach.
The Costa Rei is considered so beautiful that in a recent publication the well known guide Lonely Planet listed it as one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world! We are proud to be here! From the pitches in the first row the eyes of our guests embrace the entire panorama from Capo Ferrato to “Scoglio di Peppino”.
It’s only 200 metres walking on the shore to get to this magnificent granite rock, the symbol of the Costa Rei, and its bay, where the water is shallow and the colours are even more spectacular.
The rear part of the rock offers opportunities for swimming at depths of up to a few metres, making it an ideal space for snorkelling.
